• Two reviewers assigned per paper.
• Selection based on subject-matter expertise.

2. Review Process

• Assignment upon submission.
• Criteria: originality, clarity, methodology, contribution, references, ethics.

3. Reviewer Responsibilities

• Provide constructive and objective feedback.
• Highlight strengths and weaknesses.
• Maintain confidentiality and avoid conflicts of interest.

4. Evaluation & Recommendations

• Each reviewer submits detailed comments.
• Possible outcomes: Accept, Minor Revisions, Reject.

5. Author Notification

• Authors notified within specified timeframe.
• Revisions include detailed reviewer feedback.

6. Final Acceptance

Papers meeting the standards are accepted for presentation.

7. Presentation & Attendance

At least one author must register and present (online or in-person).
