  • EERTC Young Scientist Award

    Following the tradition of previous international conferences on thermal analysis and calorimetry, the Organization Committee of EERTC established the EERTC Young Scientist Award already in 2020. This award is given out also in 2023 to a young scientist who works in the field of energy and environment and has achieved outstanding results contributing significantly to the development of the field. The winner of the Award will present his/her lecture at one of the Plenary Sessions. The Award consists of a plaque and covering the costs of Conference registration. Candidates must be under the age of 35 as of December 31, 2023.

  • Scientific Excellence Award

    The Editorial Board of the conference established an Award of Excellence for a person who – in the judgement of the Scientific Committee of the Conference – has made an outstanding contribution to the development of energy and environment. The Award consists of a plaque (diploma), the opportunity to deliver a plenary speech and the exemption from payment for registration. The Award will be presented during the opening ceremony of the Conference.

  • EERTC Grants

    The EERTC Grants aim to enable bright and young scientists to attend the EERTC 2024 meeting and thus motivate them to keep a continuing interest and activity in the fields of energy and environment. Three EERTC Grants are given to outstanding young researchers. The Grant consists of a covering the costs of Conference registration.

  • Research4life Grant

    Research4Life is a collaborative initiative that strives to provide free or low-cost access to scientific and academic research resources for institutions and individuals in low and middle-income countries. At EERTC, we are dedicated grant to supporting researchers from low- and middle-income countries. Researchers from low- and middle-income countries, according to research4life list, are eligible to apply for grants.
