The inaugural Annual International Congress on Renewable Energy, held on 3-5 September 2024, set a strong foundation for what has now become one of the most anticipated events in the renewable energy. As the first edition of this prestigious annual gathering, it attracted over 350 participants from around the world (37 countries), creating a unique environment for the exchange of groundbreaking research, advanced ideas, and innovative solutions.
The conference covered 9 major stream within the renewable energy With the participation of over 200 renowned experts from around the world as part of our distinguished Scientific Committee, the event ensured a high standard of academic and professional discourse. The contributions of these leading scholars played a vital role in shaping the content and direction of the discussions.
Publication of Conference Papers: We are proud to announce that selected papers from the first Annual International Congress on Renewable Energy have been published in a special issue of the prestigious PES Journal. This recognition underscores the quality and significance of the research presented at our conference.
Keynote Speakers and Awards:
One of the highlights of the first Annual International Congress on Renewable Energy was the keynote presentations by distinguished speakers, along with the recognition of outstanding contributions through our three prestigious awards:
- Best Keynote Speaker Award: Awarded to Mohd Azmuddin Abdullah from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand for delivering an outstanding keynote address with “Bio/Clean Energy from Marine ecosystems to mitigate Climate change and meet the Agenda of Global SDGs”
- Scientific Excellence Award: Presented to Nasreen Munshi from Nirma University, India for submitting the most impactful and innovative research paper “Impact of scale-up and substrate concentrations on the efficiency of microbial fuel cells for wastewater treatment”.
- Young Scientist Award: Presented to Manpreet Kaur from University of Calgary, Canada for demonstrating exceptional innovation and potential in their early-career research with paper “Plasmonic MXenes for Solar-Assisted Methane Liquefaction and Low-Carbon Fuel Production under Mild Conditions at the Nanoscale’.
